Justin T. Shingleton, PhD            Principal

Justin has a doctorate degree in chemical engineering and over 16 years of experience in quality and manufacturing roles in both large and small companies. He has experience leading teams in both quality assurance and in manufacturing.  Justin can communicate effectively with everyone from the front office to the front line.  A summary of career results is shown below.

  • Led safety culture change to world-class performance level.
  • Reduced OSHA recordable injuries and safety incident rate by 50% in one year.
  • Led a manufacturing team to make a greater than a 10-fold improvement in timeliness of compliance record completion.
